A general labor law or employment standard that applies to agricultural and non-agricultural workers on substantially equal terms, or an agricultural provision that applies to virtually all farmworkers.
A general law whose agricultural coverage is substantially narrower than its non-agricultural coverage, or an agricultural provision that applies to only certain classes of farmworkers or under certain less-than-universal coverage criteria. A provision that is not applicable to agricultural employment. |
